New Infrastructure:

Killinger Road and Clear Spring Road have been relocated, and a new signalized four-way intersection has been constructed on State Road 422, with relocated Clear Spring Road to the north and relocated Killinger Road to the south. In addition, a new pump station has been constructed just east of the new intersection as part of the expansion of public sewer to the property.

Status of Site:

The Hershey Company, Rutter’s and other businesses recently opened on the site, and approximately 100 +/- acres are currently under development by Lebanon Federal Credit Union, and NP South Annville LLC. An additional 200 +/- acres is under contract. There are only 85 +/- sub-dividable acres remaining for sale for commercial, industrial, and certain residential uses.

Location:

The parcel is located on the south side of State Road 422, west of Mount Pleasant Road and east of Millennial Way in South Annville Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.  It has approximately 1.5 miles of frontage on State Road 422, the main east-west transportation corridor in Lebanon County.

This parcel is approximately 7 miles east of Hershey, Pennsylvania and less than 1 mile from Lebanon Valley College.  The site has easy access to major transportation routes, including I-83, I-81 and U.S. Route 22.
